Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTF UV Sticker Operator with hands-on experience in digital printing and production workflows. The ideal candidate should be proficient in operating UV DTF printers, preparing artwork for printing, managing digital print jobs, and ensuring high-quality production output across various media.
Key Responsibilities:1. DTF UV Sticker Printing
- Operate and maintain DTF UV printers and related equipment.
- Prepare sticker artwork, check print files, align layers (white/color/varnish).
- Monitor print quality, color matching, and machine calibration.
- Handle lamination and adhesive applications (if part of process).
- Cut and weed stickers using plotters or manually (if required).
- Ensure proper drying and finishing before delivery.
2. Digital Print Operation
- Operate digital printers (e.g., Roland, Mimaki, Epson, HP Latex, etc.).
- Manage print queue and job scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Load media correctly (vinyl, canvas, flex, paper, etc.).
- Run test prints, adjust color profiles, and ensure job consistency.
- Troubleshoot print issues (banding, ink bleeding, misalignment).
- Basic design editing in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
3. Production & Finishing
- Assist in post-printing processes: cutting, mounting, laminating, packing.
- Coordinate with installation or dispatch teams for job completion.
- Maintain clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with UV DTF and digital print operations.
- Technical understanding of RIP software, printer settings, and media types.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple print jobs efficiently.
- Knowledge of color theory and basic print design principles.
- Physically fit to handle materials and equipment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with large format printing or eco-solvent/UV printers.
- Ability to diagnose and fix common printer hardware/software issues.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Work Hours & Environment:
- Full-time, shift-based or standard 6-day work week.
- Production floor / print studio environment.
