Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketer to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in building our brand’s online presence and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and content creation. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms (social media, banners, ads, website content, etc.) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, website, and ad copies.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Website Management: Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and SEO optimization.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and digital technologies; monitor competitors’ digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and social media management tools like Hootsuite.
- Creativity: Ability to develop fresh, engaging content and creative marketing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
