Job Description
We are currently looking CSM Onsite Support for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of eight years of Level 3/TAC level of support experience with debugging, diagnosing and troubleshooting skillsets of the domains listed
- Level 3 experience with NOC Monitoring tools Such as OBM, NNMi, APM, SiteScope, SolarWinds, Zabbix
- Application Maintenance of Microfocus Applications (OpsBridge, NNMi, Network Automation, OPTIC Reporting Etc).
- Level 3 Experience in OBM/OMi, NNMi, iSPIs, OPTIC, OBR, APM, SiteScope, Network Automation, Service Manager, BVD, UCMDB, BPM &RUM
- Scripting/Programming on PERL, SHELL, VB, PowerShell, Kusto, Python
- Databases Experience in MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase IQ, Postgres, Vertica
- Well-versed with networking tools such as traffic generators, analysers, etc.
- Application Fine Tuning and Enhancement (Especially NNMi, Ops Bridge & OBR, NPS, BVD, Site scope, Airwave etc)
- Experience of managing technical resources onsite and coordination between customer and the delivery team.
- Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with internal/external senior level business stakeholders.
- ITIL Awareness
- High level of IT literacy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.
- Flexibility in work hours when needed.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
