Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the preparation, baking, and presentation of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Role requires excellent baking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a small team to ensure quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, pastries, and specialty baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and train junior bakers and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure all baked items are produced on time and in accordance with portion and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and ensure proper storage and rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and testing of new bakery recipes and products.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to plan daily production and manage inventory.
- Control wastage and contribute to cost control efforts.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and kitchen standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Culinary certification or equivalent training in baking and pastry is preferred.
- At least 5 years experience as a Baker Chef de Partie or in a similar baking role.
- In-depth knowledge of bakery techniques and products (bread, pastries, dough preparation, etc.).
- Culinary certification or equivalent training in baking and pastry is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Must be available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
