The Chef De Partie - Pastry requires overseeing all pastry preparation, cooking, and presentation with the objective of delivering pastry products in line with the business needs and customer expectations.
· Cook and serve food according to the outlet quality and service standards.
· Active participant in organizing training of kitchen staff as directed by the chef in charge.
· Receive order and arrange storage of food.
· Maintain safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas.
· Create a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant.
· Prepare and cook high quality food according to menu guidelines and recipes.
· Supervise members of the kitchen team. Assist with regular stock takes.
· Maintain outlet cost control systems.
· Follow correct hygienic food handling practices and train staff accordingly in liaise with the Sous Chef
· Follow the restaurant’s regular cleaning and waste disposal practices.
· Maintain kitchen equipment to ensure it remains in good condition.
· Perform menu and operational planning.
· Organize the production of high-quality food according to menu guidelines and standardized recipes.
· Ensure that supplies and deliveries are properly ordered, received, and accounted for.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
