Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process
- Coordinate onboarding programs
- Address employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances
- Support performance review processes and KPI tracking
- Monitor and report on performance trends
- Coordinate training and development sessions
- Identify training needs
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and policies
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and analytics
- Support employee engagement activities
- Promote inclusive and positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Responsible for strategic recruitment and selection plan.
- Responsible for training and development plan to meet personal, professional and organization development plan.
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliances
- Responsible for recommending and establishing company policies and procedures
- Responsible for ensuring maintenance of HR database
- Responsible for establishing and implementing short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
- Responsible for industrial relations, employee welfare and motivation
- Recruit staff to ensure required staff levels are met
- Manage HR team to ensure HR activities run smoothly.
- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions for maintaining HR database.
- Mediate disputes and handle grievances.
- Work with department managers to address HR issues and be involved in development of business plans
