Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Analysis
- AUM, Sales & Revenue Tracking: Compile and report on assets under management, sales, and revenue for departmental and company-wide assessments.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gather data on market trends and competitor performance.
- Assessment of Buyback Offers: Evaluate offers for asset buybacks to determine their financial viability.
- Excel Reporting Tools: Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for monthly reporting to streamline data analysis.
2. Collaboration & Coordination
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to prepare and deliver reports within tight deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with business units across the organization to gather information and ensure alignment on reporting matters.
- Project Involvement: Participate in projects aimed at standardizing and optimizing internal tools and reporting systems.
3. Quality & Compliance Awareness
- QHSE Awareness: Understand and adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
- Risk Awareness: Be aware of potential environmental and occupational risks associated with operations.
- Security & Ethics: Recognize the importance of security requirements and ethical considerations, including issues like sexual exploitation and abuse or gender-based violence.
4. Performance & Budget Management
- Policy Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Objective Setting: Assist in setting and monitoring individual and departmental performance targets.
- Budget Implementation: Support the implementation of plans and programs as per the approved budget.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Report Submission: Prepare and submit regular reports, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Process Enhancement: Carry out other related duties as assigned to enhance the efficiency and performance of the department.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting /Asset Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:
