About the location:
seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.Our Team:-

Responsibilities:-
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
- Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments, and any other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites, and in any location appropriate.
- Possesses a high level of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively recommends and effectively upsells treatments, packages, and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner.
- Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make some suitable recommendations to extend experience after the services.
- Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments; applies professional products safely and accurately.
- Sets up and immaculately maintains spa treatment rooms; maintains stocks of operating and guest supplies in the work areas.
- Has an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service. Assists in executing the day-to-day operational requirements.
- Sale and recommended retail products. Ensures Spa Setups and Treatment facilities are ready for service.
- Meticulously respects guest needs for privacy, takes ownership of guest concerns and requests, and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur.
- Flexible and extended job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- Closely coordinate with Lead Spa Therapists and Spa Manager.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:-
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
- Certified for massage and beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
