Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Mobilization Briefing:
· Conduct
comprehensive briefings for workers prior to deployment, covering critical
topics such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), required tools, detailed
job descriptions, reporting times, attendance tracking protocols, and document
verification procedures.
· Ensure that all
workers arrive on deployment day with the mandated PPE, tools, gate passes, and
relevant documentation, achieving a goal of 100% attendance.
· Communicate new
project requirements clearly to ensure all workers are informed and prepared.
2. Deployment Coordination:
· Collaborate
closely with site in-charges and workers to facilitate a seamless deployment
process, ensuring an efficient handover of responsibilities.
· Oversee
essential pre-employment processes such as trade tests, Health, Safety, and
Environment (HSE) inductions, and medical screenings, enabling workers to
commence their duties without any hindrance.
· Provide
attendance reports and feedback to the operations team for ongoing tracking and
necessary updates.
3. Attendance and Invoice Management:
· Collect and
verify timesheets and attendance records for deployed workers monthly to
support the preparation of client invoices.
4. Grievance Redressal:
· Address and
resolve worker grievances that may arise regarding attendance discrepancies,
project amenities, working conditions, and management-related complaints.
· Professionally
manage client grievances related to worker productivity, adherence to legal
requirements, compliance with PPE standards, and provision of necessary tools.
5. Project Updates and Risk Mitigation:
· Gather and
relay updates on project progress to the operations team, addressing issues
related to client credibility, payment concerns, and legal matters.
· Collaborate in
developing strategies aimed at mitigating identified risks associated with clients’
project.
6. Sales Opportunities:
· Recognize and
communicate potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the
operations and sales teams within existing projects.
7. Emergency Support:
· Provide
immediate assistance to workers and clients during medical emergencies
occurring within duty hours.
8. Gate Pass Coordination:
· Oversee the
application and renewal processes for gate passes as required by the operations
team, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
9. Amenities Oversight:
· Ensure that all
workers have access to essential amenities in project site, including rest
areas, washrooms, safety and security provisions, drinking water, dining
facilities, transportation, and first aid services.
10. Financial Support:
· Collaborate
with finance and operations teams to facilitate the submission of invoices and
follow up on outstanding payments as necessary.
11. Candidate Sourcing:
· Assist
operations and administrative teams in sourcing candidates from local markets
or vendors, ensuring a reliable pipeline of qualified personnel.
· Support operations
team in renewal of gate passes and the collection of necessary documentation
from locally sourced candidates.
