Position Summary:
Korean Lubes & Battery Trading is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the lubricants and batteries industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage sales operations, oversee stock and ordering processes, and fulfill all managerial responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans tailored to the lubricants and batteries market.
2)Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
3)Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
4)Handle the ordering process for lubricants and batteries, coordinating with suppliers to meet demand efficiently.
5)Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
6)Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in the lubricants and batteries industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
