We are looking for a skilled and proactive Immigration & Visa Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in visa and immigration consultancy, with a strong ability to communicate, advise, and convert leads into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end visa application processes (visit, study, work, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Provide accurate guidance to clients on documentation, eligibility, and country-specific requirements
- Manage client consultations and follow-ups with a results-driven approach
- Maintain and update client records and track application status
- Liaise with embassies, visa centers, and clients to ensure smooth processing
- Achieve monthly conversion and consultation targets
- Stay updated with immigration policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration and visa consultancy
- Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills
- Ability to handle multiple applications with high attention to detail
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Hindi or Bengali are a plus)
- Well-presented, confident, and client-focused personality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and documentation platforms is preferred
