Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and variations.
Manage pre- and post-contract activities including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works in line with contract conditions.
Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and claims.
Provide cost advice and value engineering throughout project stages.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all contractual and commercial matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and legal requirements.
Prepare reports and present financial updates to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent from a reputed university with strong academic standing.
RICS/AIQS accreditation preferred.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in GCC or international projects.
Strong background in oil & gas sector projects.
Proven expertise in both pre- and post-tender works on high-value projects within reputable contracting companies.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant QS software/tools.
