Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales and growth efforts in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, an understanding of packaging materials and solutions, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industries (FMCG, Pharma, Apparel, E-commerce, Food & Beverage, etc.)
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach (calls, emails, site visits).
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement managers, brand owners, and marketing heads.
- Present printing and packaging solutions tailored to the client’s needs (boxes, labels, corrugated, flexible packaging, etc.).
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to the senior management team.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's capabilities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and competitors' activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the printing & packaging sector.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and production methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Offset, Digital, Corrugated, Flexible, or Sustainable Packaging
- Custom or Luxury Packaging Solutions
- Private Label or Export-Oriented Packaging Services
Career Path:
