Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our manpower and security services.
- Create engaging content and marketing materials tailored to the target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations to potential clients.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, recruitment, operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain and update the company website and online presence.
- Track marketing performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in developing brand positioning and increasing brand awareness in the target market.
- Identify new business leads and support the sales team with marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
