We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator with strong communication skills and experience in a similar industry. This role is responsible for bridging communication between showroom managers and the marketing team, ensuring alignment across campaigns, promotions, and product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has a good understanding of marketing processes and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the communication bridge between showroom managers and the marketing team to coordinate sales promotions, in-store marketing messages, product information, and pricing details.
- Work closely with the product design and development teams, as well as photographers, to align marketing initiatives with new collections.
- Schedule and manage communication with photographers, content creators, and social media specialists to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Support in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including campaign assets, event collateral, and post-campaign performance reports.
- Maintain project timelines and help ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar marketing role within a relevant industry (retail, design, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing platforms and tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media scheduling tools).
