Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor CONTRACTOR’s SIMOPS readiness / PTW application, planning and management offshore. Highlight any deficiencies identified to CONTRACTOR
- Closely coordinate with Onshore SIMOPS Coordinator for upcoming SIMOPS / PTW
- Closely coordinate with other offshore stakeholders of upcoming SIMOPS / PTW, if required
- Closely coordinate with supporting departments like Interface, Engineering, Marine, Operations Expansion Support (OES) and Operating Company (OPCO).
- Closely coordinate with contractor for offshore installation activities.
- Actively involved in contractor’s project execution planning and ensuring its compliance with COMPANY (CPY) standards/specifications.
- Review marine operation documents (documents related to offshore transport & installation (T&I) and ensuring its adhered to at offshore site.
- Closely coordinate with MWS for COA issuance at offshore site
- Coordinate with offshore team for timely reporting and presenting the information to management (reporting)
- Responsible for timely reporting and following up on incidents and ensuring that lessons learnt are recorded and presented to management.
- Actively participate in readiness to proceed meetings and mobilization of CTR vessels and for the mobilization of vessels for in-house additional work.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Have a good understanding of various T&I activities
- Rigid pipelay
- Subsea Cable /Umbilical lay
- Subsea Installations: Tie-In spools/SSIV/ Smart Flange/Free Span/Crossing
- J -Tube Installation
- Pre-Commissioning (including Intelligent pigging)
- Trenching & Backfilling Operations
- As-Built Surveys
