Role Overview
The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the motor grader to perform grading and leveling activities across project sites. The role requires adherence to safety standards, precision in earth moving tasks, and coordination with site teams to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the motor grader to grade, level, and prepare surfaces as per project specifications.
Ensure safe handling and efficient operation of the equipment at all times.
Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance checks on the grader before and after use.
Report mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to execute assigned tasks accurately.
Adhere to project timelines and productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Participate in safety drills and toolbox talks as instructed by the HSE team.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Not mandatory (Basic literacy preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Grader Operator in construction/earthworks.
Certification: Valid TUV Third Party Operator Certificate (mandatory).
Language: Basic communication skills (English/Arabic preferred).
Age: Up to 45 years.
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to operate grader machinery efficiently and safely.
Strong knowledge of grading techniques, soil types, and earthworks procedures.
Ability to work under supervision and follow technical instructions.
Attention to detail and precision in operating heavy equipment.
Good physical stamina and adaptability to outdoor work environments
