As Product manager, you will be responsible to strategize, plan, design and deliver a world class user experience for customers and merchants. The role is to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer facing mobile money app, merchant interfaces, and back-office tools and to create and implement a digital product vision and roadmaps that address today’s business needs & future growth.
- Accountable for Product roadmap planning and product delivery.
- Project Management- Oversee and support Integration efforts of exchange houses, merchants, partners into mobile money platform.
- Service management, operations management for partners and act as a point of contact for all 3rd party partners connected with iPay.
- Design the UX design and ensure management sign-off and Manage capex spend for building product capability.
- Interface with finance business partners to support preparation of Business cases for product investments
- Develop business case for enhancing product and future investments into the product.
- Track and Govern agile and traditional delivery programs to deliver product features against plan.
- Liaise and support the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades and other modifications.
- Be the champion for customer experience and ensure a clear differentiator in the delivered customer journey. Spot trends and best practices across industries & provide inputs to improve current user experience.
- Performs related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Should have a solid track record of developing and leading high performing teams in matrix organisation structures.
- Min. 8 years of B2B or B2C relevant product delivery experience, setting and executing product vision .
- Experience of product delivery in mobile financial services or banking vertical will be an advantage.
- Understanding of Design thinking, Experience Design methodology and UI/UX design concepts is useful.
- Technical skills to manage and improve App performance – A/B testing; data driven decision making, google and adobe analytics.
- Hands-on experience in project management tools – Jira, confluence, MS Project, Wrike etc.
- Graduate with Business Administration, Computer science or another related field.
