Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized female receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dermatology center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and professional environment for patients while efficiently managing front-desk operations. Prior experience in a medical or dermatology setting is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic software.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate with dermatologists and nurses to ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Assist in maintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide information about services, procedures, and general inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or dermatology setting.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical software systems and appointment scheduling.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
