Job Description Civil Engineer - UPDA Grade A
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and oversee project progress.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
