Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Football Coach to lead our football activity sessions for children. This role is part of a broader program that includes a variety of recreational and educational activities. The coach will be responsible for teaching basic football skills, organizing games, and ensuring a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead fun and interactive football sessions for children
- Teach fundamental football skills, rules, and teamwork
- Organize and supervise small-sided games and drills
- Promote sportsmanship, respect, and fair play
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Work collaboratively with other activity leaders
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Requirements:
- Experience coaching or teaching football to children
- Knowledge of football rules and basic coaching techniques
- Ability to engage and motivate children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with kids
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multi-activity environment
- Background in physical education, recreation, or related field
