Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist with strong Shopify experience to manage and grow our online store. This role requires hands-on expertise in Shopify, including store setup, theme customization, product management, and integrations. The ideal candidate will also bring a data-driven approach to digital marketing, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product uploads, content updates, pricing, and inventory.
- Customize and optimize Shopify themes (using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) to enhance user experience.
- Implement apps and integrations to improve functionality, such as shipping, payments, reviews, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, user behavior, and traffic sources to make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to launch promotions, campaigns, and new products.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues, bugs, or glitches.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and smooth checkout experience.
- Stay updated on Shopify updates, new apps, and e-commerce trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce stores, with proven hands-on experience in Shopify.
- Strong understanding of Shopify admin, Liquid templating, and third-party app integrations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Ability to manage digital assets and content in collaboration with marketing/design teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads for marketing automation.
- Graphic editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to manage product imagery or banners.
- Experience with dropshipping or international e-commerce.
