Job Summary:
We are looking for a polished, professional, and guest-focused Waitress to join our upscale dining team. As a key member of our service staff, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to ensure guests enjoy an unforgettable fine-dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive, elegant table service in our restaurant and lounge
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and take orders with a warm, engaging approach
- Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail
- Enhance guest experiences by upselling specialty dishes and premium drinks
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, table setup, and dining etiquette
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in hotels, fine dining, or upscale restaurants (preferred)
✔ Exceptional communication and a natural ability to connect with guests
✔ Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
