What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with warmth and a smile
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained during service
- Handle guest requests and complaints with care and professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting is a plus (but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
- Quick on your feet and able to handle busy shifts with grace
