Position: Waitress
Location: Godiva Café – Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet guests to the café
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service
- Handle guest feedback professionally and courteously
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle billing and payments through POS systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a waitress in Qatar, preferably in a hotel, luxury café, or fine dining environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Hospitality background with knowledge of food safety standards
- Prior experience in high-end hotel or F&B outlets

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
