Position Overview:
Abu Issa Holding is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong photography and cataloguing skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual content, photographing exclusive items, and organizing detailed records to support our catalogues, auctions, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials for print and digital platforms including brochures, auction catalogues, posters, emailers, banners, and social media creatives.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual content.
- Work collaboratively with auction specialists and the marketing team to design campaign visuals and digital assets.
Photography
- Set up, shoot, and edit high-quality images of auction items including artwork, jewelry, antiques, and collectibles.
- Ensure accurate color and detail capture in product photography.
- Document and photograph events, previews, and exhibitions as required.
- Maintain photography equipment in proper working condition.
Cataloguing
- Maintain organized records and image databases of all items photographed.
- Assist in compiling item descriptions including dimensions, materials, condition, and provenance.
- Ensure all cataloguing data is accurately entered in internal systems (CMS/ERP).
- Cross-check and validate catalog entries with auction team and specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and product photography.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
- Skilled in using DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and photo editing software.
- Basic experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cataloguing processes and digital asset management.
- Experience in the art, luxury, or auction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
Preferred Tools & Equipment:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera (e.g., Canon EOS R series, Nikon Z series)
- Tripod, studio lights, and backdrops for product photography
- Mac or PC with high-performance specs for design work
- Adobe Creative Cloud (mandatory)
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS)

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
