We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our immigration services, and converting inquiries into consultations or applications. You should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of immigration processes, and a strong ability to close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote immigration consultancy services (e.g., study visas, work permits, PR, done base,travel package, visitor visas).
- Understand the client’s requirements and provide tailored information on immigration options.
- Follow up with prospective clients via calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and status updates.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and changes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Malaysia, Japan, Serbia, latvia, Slovakia, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech republic, Poland, etc.
- Handle objections and provide accurate information to build trust and close sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or similar domains.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/hindi and [other languages are plus point].
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
