Role:
The position will include key responsibilities such as:
· Managing all receptionists, therapists and attendants based within the Spa.
· Developing rosters, in conjunction with Operations Manager, to manage needs of team members, customers and the business
· Manage costs and increase revenue streams Ensuring that interactions between the team members and customers are a positive experience for all involved
· Maintaining an efficient, motivated and effective team environment
· Providing a happy and friendly face when customers arrive at the spa
· Represent the spa when hosting VIP customers as determined in conjunction with the management
· Collect suitable content which can be used for spa social media platforms
· Coordinate and update the team and customers about the spa menu of services and the products available on sale
· Maintaining contact with customers to advise them of schedule or menu changes, specials and other updates
· Ensure to update the client’s contact list within spa booking system
· Providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to all customers at all times
· Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the spa and therapy areas
· Ensuring that all equipment and products are well maintained and in safe conditions
· Handling all customer feedback and complaints in accordance with Spa SOPs
· Having a complete understanding of the Spa SOPs and policies relating to staff behaviour, health, safety and fire prevention
· Reporting & resolving the incidents, breakages and emergencies as per the relevant spa SOPs
· Training and development of team members
· Performance Development Review of all team members Evaluating operations and procedures and suggesting improvements to the management
· Product creations, events planning.
· Assisting team members and the management with appropriate task as requested.
General: All Spa team members are expected to:
· Attend and contribute to all team meetings and Lab training sessions
· Project a positive and motivated attitude at all times
· Maintain a professional working manner in interactions with team members, customers and suppliers
· Have a thorough knowledge of all spa products, services and facilities
· Carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
