Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement Head in executing and managing procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and maintaining efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in procurement processes, strong organizational skills, and experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Procurement Head in preparing tender documents, including RFQs and advertisements, arranging site visits, and issuing bulletins during the tendering process.
• Ensure that all tendering activities are conducted in compliance with approved procurement policies and procedures.
• Support the preparation of commercial bid evaluations and clarifications for review.
• Accurately load contract details into Oracle Fusion for approval, and ensure Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) are signed and distributed to end users.
• Expedite responses from suppliers and end users to maintain adherence to procurement timelines.
• Analyze purchasing trends to identify opportunities for establishing or renewing BPAs.
• Monitor the expiration of BPAs and ensure timely re-tendering and mobilization for new vendor engagements.
• Process variation requests to existing BPAs in line with internal procurement guidelines.
• Maintain procurement activities in strict compliance with contractual and procedural standards.
• Securely store all documentation related to signed BPAs in designated areas.
• Perform additional procurement-related duties as assigned by the Procurement Head or Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Completion of procurement-related courses or certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or other ERP procurement systems.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
