Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, execution, and supervision of electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, safety standards, and regulatory compliance—particularly those set by Kahramaa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering activities across project phases from concept to completion.
- Develop, review, and approve electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with Kahramaa regulations, national codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, and instrumentation engineers.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and subcontractors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualification & Requirements
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 10 Years of Experience
- Need Kahramaa License
- Oil & Gas experience, Mandatory
- Prefer Locally Available Candidates
