At The House Restaurant, we take pride in crafting exceptional coffee experiences in a warm, friendly, and modern setting. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, passionate Barista who loves coffee, cares about quality, and enjoys creating memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages
- Demonstrate excellent latte art skills and consistency in every cup
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and coffee machines at all times
- Ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Work closely with the FOH team and follow SOPs for consistency and speed
- Suggest coffee pairings for desserts and other menu items
- Handle customer feedback gracefully and resolve issues professionally
- Participate in barista training, menu development, and tasting sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Presentable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning, evening, weekends)
- Must be in Qatar with valid QID and NOC (if required)
