Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and supervision
- Help manage student behavior and attendance
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Support students with special needs or learning difficulties
- Supervise students during breaks or field trips
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, supportive, and adaptable
- Ability to follow instructions and school policies
