Lead and manage the overall operations of the sanitary ware division, including sales, procurement, and distribution
Develop and execute business strategies to grow market share in Qatar
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, contractors, consultants, and developers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
Manage the sales team, set targets, and ensure achievement of sales and profit goals
Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, and supply chain efficiency
Coordinate with marketing and procurement teams to plan promotions and product launches
Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Report performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements
