Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and guide a high-performing sales team focused on financial product offerings. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance while ensuring compliance with banking policies and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback
- Assist team members during field visits and client meetings
- Ensure full compliance with internal banking policies and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline application processing and approvals
- Prepare performance reports and contribute to business development strategies
Skills
- Proven ability to manage, guide, and motivate sales teams in a target-driven environment
- Skilled in sales planning, performance tracking, and team coaching
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of financial product sales and banking procedures
- Familiarity with Islamic banking is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial product sales, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Full-time position based in Qatar
