Job Title: Sales & Social Media Marketing Associate – Modern Aluminium Doors
Location: Doha, Qatar
Compensation: 3,000 QR + Commission on Sales
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Social Media Marketing Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our modern aluminium doors while managing and growing our social media presence. This is a dual-role opportunity combining sales and digital marketing to directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's social media marketing efforts (content creation, posting, engagement, and performance analysis)
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for aluminium doors in both residential and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product consultations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or home improvement products
- Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Valid Qatar driving license
Compensation:
- Base salary 3,000 QR/month + % of sales.
