Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the indirect -sales representatives with administrative tasks.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for international brokers
- Handle internal documentation and organize meeting with international brokers
2. Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact between international brokers and the indirect sales team.
- Address client queries and follow up on pending issues.
- Track brokers feedback and escalate concerns as needed.
3. Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain sales records, reports, and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, CRM software).
- Analyse sales data to support strategy and forecasting.
- Monitor and report on indirect-sales targets and team performance.
4. Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules for the sales team with new brokers
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, brochures or information needed for client engagements.
