Are you a seasoned Sales professional with a passion for HVAC solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where your primary focus will be driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market share in the Qatar region, particularly within the HVAC portfolio. This role offers a vibrant environment for you to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our Building Technology and Solutions division.
The Sales Executive – Retrofit will be directly reporting to the Branch Manager. You will be based in Doha and will be part of team responsible for generating business through selling HVAC (Chiller & Airside) retrofit solutions to contractors & end clients and driving the growth of business for Service division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on HVAC portfolio.
How you will do it
As a Sales Executive you will be able to function independently and be customer focused. You will have deep understanding and knowledge of HVAC Equipment and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close retrofit opportunities. You will carry out site audits and suggest new ideas for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.
As a Sales Executive you will develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate territory records, develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale. You will Interface effectively with operations to deliver and improve service delivery. You will maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow of sales.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships and are self-driven to expand your territory growth. You will be focused on growing our HVAC Equipment’s Install base in Qatar.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in selling HVAC products specifically Chillers, AHUs, FCUs in Qatar Market.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
- Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Diligent and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and enhance performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially the ability to scrutinize data
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient to present at Senior level.
- Professional fluency in English language.
- Fluency in Arabic language is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
