Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Qatar
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will advise clients on business formation and setup in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals. You will play a key part in driving sales growth while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on company formation, licensing, and business setup processes in Qatar and KSA
- Provide expert guidance on PRO services, including visa processing, government approvals, and regulatory compliance
- Understand client needs and deliver customized business solutions
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Generate and nurture leads through consultative selling strategies
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Stay current on legal, regulatory, and procedural updates in Qatar and KSA
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and client feedback
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding client accounts
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the service or consultancy industry
- Strong understanding of business setup and PRO services in Qatar (KSA experience is an added advantage)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide tailored solutions based on client requirements
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
