Overview
Engaging with prospective clients, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive client interaction, effective communication, and collaboration with the leasing team. The Sales Agent will contribute to weekly meetings, generate sales reports, and play a crucial role in the role in the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients, showcasing project units and providing detailed information about the offerings.
- Engage with walk-in clients and respond to inquiries through the Call Center, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Perform market surveys to stay informed about current market conditions and competitors.
- Approach prospective clients and deliver compelling presentations about the project, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within established schedules.
- Input client information into the system for efficient record-keeping and follow-up.
- Send commercial proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Follow up with ongoing clients to provide updates, address queries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Coordinate with the leasing team to prepare client contracts when applicable.
- Distribute finalized lease agreements to clients, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays in the process.
- Call clients from lists provided by the Sales Manager, actively seeking new opportunities and maintaining a proactive approach.
- Update the daily sales report to track progress and provide insights into performance.
- Generate weekly sales reports, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Attend & participate in the weekly sales meetings with the Head of Sales to discuss ongoing projects, align strategies, share updates and address challenges.
- Compile and submit comprehensive monthly sales reports, highlighting trends, successes, and areas of growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate or a related sales field.
- Strong communication in both English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and utilizing CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to attend regular sales meetings and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
