The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including profit and loss management, team leadership, concept refinement, cost control, and directing marketing strategies to ensure the venue's continued success.Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of the restaurant's profit and loss, monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability while implementing effective cost-control measures.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism, and responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff.
• Refine and maintain the restaurant's concept, ensuring it aligns with the brand's vision and market trends.
• Collaborate with and direct the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and activations.
• Maintain strong guest relations by engaging with high-profile guests, understanding their preferences, and providing tailored dining experiences.
• Analyze market trends and competition to adapt strategies that enhance the restaurant's appeal and drive revenue.
• Ensure operational excellence in all areas, including service delivery, food quality, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a luxury hospitality environment is mandatory, with a strong focus on Lebanese cuisine being a plus.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, staff management, and cost control, along with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Qatar Experience is a must
