Receptionist Duties:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering Phones: Answering, screening, and transferring calls.
- Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Information: Providing general information to staff, clients, or the public.
- Mail Management: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail.
Office Assistant Duties:
- Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like filing, data entry, preparing & sending of quotations.
- Supply Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Clerical Tasks: Performing tasks like copying, scanning, and faxing.
- General Office Support: Keeping the reception area tidy, assisting with errands, and other general office tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Assisting with events and managing RSVP lists.
- Technical Support: Managing phone systems and other office equipment.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting: May assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing or tracking expenses.
- Inventory Management: Tracking , monitoring stock level , ordering and Replenishment , Receiving and Checking Deliveries
- Supplier Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, production, and finance .

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Gulf: 3 years (Preferred)
