We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Agent to join our luxury hotel team. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns quickly, maintaining guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs seamlessly.
- Process billing, payments, and check-out settlements accurately, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain guest information in the hotel management system promptly and accurately.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Assist with various administrative duties including answering calls, managing emails, and handling reservations.
- Uphold and promote the luxury brand’s service standards through attention to detail and excellence in service.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Agent, preferably within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in hotel management software and standard office applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills to effectively manage guest requests and concerns.
