- Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through every stage of the closing process.
- New Listings: Continuously bring in new property listings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and sales abilities.
- Professional, pleasant, and trustworthy demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
