As a Real estate Agent, you will guide clients through property transactions, focusing on selling or buying properties. Responsibilities include drafting sales offers, market analysis, and client consultations.
Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and follow up on leads daily via calls, online sources, expired listings, past clients, etc.
Build rapport with sellers, address objections, and offer solutions.
Maintain lead data and client interactions via the CRM platform.
Schedule and manage appointments for property showings.
Analyze market trends to recommend competitive pricing for listings.
Track and report sales progress and metrics accurately.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in real estate sales and negotiation.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local property markets.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
This is a commission based job.
