Quantity Surveyor ( Civil and Mechanical )

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Quantity Surveyor (Civil and Mechanical) in Doha-Qatar

Location: Lusail Circuit

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in both civil and mechanical works. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of handling cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil and mechanical works.
• Create and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Analyse project drawings using AutoCAD for accurate measurements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of both civil and mechanical systems.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
