We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AV Project Manager-KSA Region to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual integration projects. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and installation teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular project updates and reports.
- Ensure client expectations are managed and met.
- Understand AV system designs, schematics, and scope-of-work documentation.
- Ensure installations follow system designs and meet technical standards.
- Collaborate with engineers on system commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Supervise and support onsite installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, resolve conflicts, and maintain a productive work environment.
- Track project costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including change orders, timesheets, and punch lists.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in AV integration or a related technical field.
- Proven track record managing commercial AV projects (corporate, higher education, government, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AV systems including video conferencing, projection, control systems (Crestron/Extron), and sound reinforcement.
- PMP certification or CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
