Roles & Responsibilities:
Study, Plan, arrange & oversee fabrication and erection of process pipelines and structures. Carry out piping and structural site verification/surveys for well hook-ups, piping and structural expansion projects and maintenance jobs in QatarEnergy Offshore Fields. Assist Client Representative in Shutdown task planning and execution. Review client drawings and submit survey findings/red-line drawings, suggest modification (if required) and related information. Provide technical support to construction team in fabrication, erection and other maintenance activities. Co-ordinate fabrication and Welding/Coating QA/QC Departments, assist in documentation. Material analysis, confirm standards and material procurement. Prepare piping/structural drawings and material list as per QP standards and specification Co-ordinate with client design office and construction team. Prepare daily progress reports, work completion packages, NDT and hydro test reports. Maintain Calibration records, welder Qualification records and Prepare Client equipment, personnel timesheets, and man-hour calculations etc.
Education Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 5 years relevant experience in similar field. 3 Years experience in offshore.
