We are looking for a proactive and organized Outsourcing Coordinator to manage and coordinate all activities related to outsourcing manpower for our Gulf-based clients. The candidate will work closely with sub-agents, documentation teams, and client representatives to ensure timely and accurate mobilization of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sub-agents and sourcing partners to fulfill client manpower demands.
- Collect, review, and organize candidate profiles as per job requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of candidates before client submission.
- Track and update client requirements, deadlines, and status reports.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and sourcing teams.
- Schedule interviews, trade tests, and medicals in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Ensure smooth processing of visa, ticketing, and mobilization procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all outsourcing activities and partner agencies.
- Assist in negotiating terms with new sourcing partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Provide timely updates to management on progress and any issues in the pipeline.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
