Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Online Sales Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing online sales platforms, and engaging with customers to drive online revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.
· Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to boost brand visibility.
· Handle online sales platforms (e.g., website, Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplaces) including product listings, pricing, and customer inquiries.
· Monitor digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics to improve ROI.
· Collaborate with the sales and inventory team to ensure product availability and accurate listings.
· Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on online orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for online growth.
· Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal marketing activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in digital marketing and/or online sales.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and online sales tools.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
· Creative thinking and content creation skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with e-commerce platforms or CRM tools.
· Basic graphic design or photo editing skills.
· Knowledge of online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
