Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Linen Attendant to join our housekeeping/laundry team. The ideal candidate will ensure all linens are properly collected, cleaned, stored, and distributed in a timely and hygienic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and count used linens (sheets, towels, uniforms, etc.)
- Load/unload laundry machines and operate ironing or folding equipment
- Inspect linens for damage or stains and report as needed
- Distribute clean linens to appropriate departments or storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 20kg]
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good time management and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays
